What does it include?
A compact introduction to the topic of demographics. Over the course of four hours, experience why the new age mix is an extremely important topic for working successfully in your company, association, or in management. Experience yourself how different age can be and discover the potential of each age. Scientific facts are presented in an interesting manner and participants recognise the chances for the first time. Age is in your head and taking a look at each age without prejudice can move mountains. Let’s start right here!

Who is it for?
The programme is aimed at specialists and managers on all levels. You will find ideas for developing a positive attitude to demographic change. Open to individuals from companies, management, and other organisations.

What’s it about?
Your EY ALTER explainer will greet you and your group in the exhibition. The LERNWERK, an innovative workshop room and the initial meeting point for your team, is located here. Your explainer will present facts on age, how we think, and the strengths of each age – scientifically founded and competent. Afterwards, you will visit the various interactive stations of the exhibition. Full of motivating new ideas, the exhibition primarily addresses questions like: “Where do we stand – and can we actively address age and ageing in our organisation?” Back at the LERNWERK, you will discuss and reflect on your impressions and what you learned in the group: “Bring on the first good ideas, they are already stirring in your heads!”
