All you’re missing are the necessary drive and a smart strategy for the implementation? At EY ALTER, in the midst of the attractive interactive exhibition, you will find a great deal of inspiration – and discover options for your first concrete steps.

What’s it about?
A day for demographic change. There has never been so much active experience and knowledge in companies and organisations, but that is not the only good news. Your EY ALTER explainer will take you through the exhibition. Playful experiences will show you the diversity of age and its determinants. After a first discussion, you will be introduced to the demographic audit developed by Mercedes-Benz and RWTH Aachen for evaluating the “demographic fitness” of your work environment: “How well are we prepared for demographic change?” An extensive evaluation of what you experienced and learned will conclude the day: “What did I learn and what do I want to tackle first?”
