You will start off in the EY ALTER exhibition. See how age becomes potential in the interactive exhibition. Experience tried and tested methods for measuring the “demographic fitness” of your organisation or company. In the LERNWERK, you can discuss starting points for efficient demographic measures that can help you to start making changes. On the second day, you and your team will head off into the future. You will visit selected companies and start-ups, giving you authentic insights into innovative, digitally supported ways of working. In the agile workshop, you will open your minds to find concrete solutions for your work environment: “What can we do even better in order to shape these changes ourselves and achieve positive effects?”
